What to include
To help us answer quickly, please tell us:
- What you were trying to do.
- The device and browser you used, for example Windows 11 with Chrome or an iPhone with Safari.
- What the tool showed as the file type, plus the size and the first bytes from the summary card.
- The page link, if you are reporting a problem with an article.
Please do not email us your files
Our tool works in your browser so your files stay private. Please do not attach firmware, backups, documents or other private files to your email. If we need to see something, a screenshot of the summary card or a few lines of the hex view is usually enough.

What we cannot help with
We cannot unlock encrypted files, bypass copy protection, recover passwords or modify firmware for you. For device updates and warranty questions, please contact the maker of your device.
